Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized and spiritually significant nature of our products and services, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed.

As we begin the process of preparing and energizing your order shortly after placement, we do not accept cancellation requests. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including the items selected and the shipping address, before completing your purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this non-cancellable policy.

Refund & Returns

A. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, wrong product selection, or if the item does not meet your personal expectations.

B. Refund for Damaged Items
The only exception to our “no refund” policy is if your order arrives in a physically damaged condition.

To be eligible for a refund for a damaged item, you must comply with the following process:

  1. Video Evidence Required: You must capture a clear, unboxing video of the entire parcel opening process. The video must show:

    • The sealed package before opening.

    • The shipping label clearly visible.

    • The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

    • A clear view of the damaged product inside.

  2. Notification Timeline: You must notify us of the damage by email within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  3. Assessment: Send the unboxing video and a description of the damage to richasharma.astro@gmail.com. Our team will assess the video and the reported damage.

C. Refund Process
Once we receive the required video and our assessment confirms the damage was caused in transit, we will initiate a 100% refund of the product cost.

  • The refund will be processed instantly via UPI to the account you provide.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be processed without the mandatory unboxing video evidence.
