A. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive a confirmed payment. This is the time it takes to prepare your item for shipment, including quality checks and packaging.

B. Shipping Timeline
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is an additional 5-7 working days via standard shipping. The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 8-12 working days.

• Please Note: These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistical delays, weather conditions, or national holidays. Astro Richa Sharma is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

C. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your payment.

D. Shipping Destinations

E. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

F. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Astro Richa Sharma is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, for which additional shipping charges will apply.
